CDMA’s Dance Program

At Coastal Dance and Music Academy, we offer a wide variety of classes. We offer a full program of dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Tap, Preschool Dance, Partnering, Breakdance, Broadway Dance, Special Abilities Classes and more. All of our dance studios are fully air conditioned and have top-of-the-line floating dance floors. All studios are equipped with viewing windows and cameras hooked up to closed circuit tv’s so parents can view the progress of each class.

At CDMA, all of our studios are equipped with floating dance floors covered with top-of-the-line vinyl or wood surfaces which reduces the risk of dancer injury and fatigue.

3.What is the size of the class?

If a dance class has fewer students, each child receives more personalized attention and it allows the teacher to make sure each student understands the concepts and instructions. A smaller class also ensures that students do not develop bad habits or improper technique.

At CDMA, students receive professional instruction in a caring, supportive and non-competitive environment with limited class sizes. Many classes have teacher assistants to further reduce the teacher to student ratio.

4.Can I get immediate assistance and customer service?

In many studios the teacher or the studio owner conducts classes and does the administration or the studio offers limited office hours, resulting in poor customer service.

At CDMA we value parent involvement and have made our academy a comfortable gathering place for parents as well as students. We have several comfortable lounges for relaxing, large viewing windows and closed circuit T.V.’s for watching classes, free WiFI, and a fitness room equipped with closed circuit T.V.’s so, for a small monthly fee, you can work-out while you watch your child enjoy class!
