Annual Studio Recitals -

We have two separate recitals in June - one for our dance, musical theater & voice students and one for our music & theater students.

In order to perform in the annual recital, students must attend classes the entire month of June.

Annual Studio Recital - Dance, Musical Theater & Voice

Held in June at the Clark Center for the Performing Arts

•Our dance, musical theater & voice recital is held each year at the end of June. Most classes will present one dance during the recital.
•The recital is held at The Clark Center for the Performing Arts in Arroyo Grande. There is typically a Saturday matinee performance and a Sunday matinee and evening performance which are different shows (check show orders carefully!).
•Dress rehearsals for select pieces for the recital are held at the Clark Center for the Performing Arts Saturday morning before the performance.
•Each student is encouraged to participate, but it is not a requirement. You will need to let us know by May 1 if your child will not be participating.
•Costumes are reasonably priced and age-appropriate.
•DVD’s and professional photos are available for purchase.

Coastal Chamber Youth Ballet’s Annual Holiday Production - Babes In Toyland

Held in December at the Clark Center for the Performing Arts

•CDMA is home of Coastal Chamber Youth Ballet Company, a non-profit. Each year in December, CCYB is proud to present San Luis Obispo County with the annual holiday production of Babes In Toyland.
•Auditions for Babes In Toyland are held in August and are open to students ages 8 and up.

•The production is held at The Clark Center for the Performing Arts in Arroyo Grande. There is typically a matinee and evening performance.
•CCYB hosts a donated performance the night before for low-income families.
