Alysa, born and raised here on the Central Coast, has been teaching dance for over eight years and musical theatre styles and acting for the last four. She discovered her passion for the arts at the young age of eight and is very thankful that it has been a part of her life for this long. She recently relocated back to the central coast from Chicago, where she spent two and a half years gaining experience in the musical theatre, film and commercial industries. A graduate from PCPA, she brings a unique combination of classic studio training and professional theatre experience. She hopes to use her experience in these areas to continue improving each dancer’s technique, as well as performance aspects of the professional world to help shape them into multi-faceted artists. She’s very excited for the opportunity to work with the students at CDMA and looks forward to witnessing their growth!
